1. Movie vs. Book. This is one of my favorite assignments, because watching the movie answered some questions that I had after reading the book. Actually both the movie and the book, filled in voids for each source. This was a favorite because I really enjoyed reading, The Handmaid's Tale.
2. What do I know about poetry? This assignment forced me to step outside of my comfort zone. It's really hard to write about something that doesn't really hold any interest. I've always enjoyed writing about subjects that I'm passionate about. Poetry can be really hard to understand, and then having to write about it is
definitely challenging. I also enjoyed finding pictures and links for this post.
3. My thoughts on "The necessity to speak." Looking back on my assignments, I think this was my favorite. The subject matter of abuse really sparked my interest. I found that it was easy to write about women and abuse, this subject is something that I'm passionate about and I have a strong opinion about. The video that I posted on this blog was heart wrenching. I enjoyed doing the research for this post!
